This satirical project aims to critique the tech industry’s obsession with app-based solutions for problems that may not even necessarily need solving.

With BLNK, by imagining an app that tells users when to blink (a semi-autonomic function that requires no conscious effort) the project highlights the absurdity of targeting even the most basic human behaviors for optimization's sake.

In doing so, it raises a larger question about the role of designers: are we truly innovating to serve, or perpetuating ways to commodify and monetize what makes us human?
